Dealing with objections and complaints

Objections and complaints must be accepted and assessed and the according measurements have to be made.All interested parties have the possibility to submit their objections and complaints via the homepage of the certification body or other written ways to file objections and complaints.

If objections and complaints are lodged orally, it is pointed out that they must be submitted in writing for treatment. Impartiality must be maintained with regard to the handling of objections and complaints, Impartiality must be maintained with regard to the handling of appeals and complaints, This means that persons who have been involved in the proceedings are not allowed to evaluate the objection or complaint in question.

It must be ensured that the sender is not in a worse situation by entering an objection or a complaint. . If objections or complaints are raised in the course of an audit, these are to be approved by the audit team leader in the audit findings (as a separate point) and thus represent the written form..
